HELLO HELLO,
So last 2 weeks I went to Spain and Holland for around 10 days.
I took the KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines) flight from Kuala Lumpur to Amsterdam.
Then transit in Amsterdam, Holland to Madrid, Spain.
This is a super long flight.
12 hours flight HUHU.
We had 2 meals throughout the flight.
I love to share about food in flights cause I think its packed so nicely.
This is our dinner/supper on the flight.
On the left is the beef rendang set, on the right is the curry chicken set.
This is our breakfast set. No options cause everyone is having the same thing.
Cheesy omelette, sausage, potato, mushrooms, fruits, yoghurt.
Mum, Dad, Bro, and Sis
We reached Amsterdam and then waited for 1 hour for transit.
Another KLM flight from Amsterdam to Madrid.
We had snacks in the 2 and half hours flight.
So this is our first stop in Madrid.
To be honest, I don't really know the history of this stadium.
To the football fans, this is big.
For me, just some random spot to take photos. HAHA.
Estadio Santiago Bernabéu
Cute beetleeeeeee...!!!
Madrid police car.
POLICIA
One thing about the policemen here...
They are all hot guys.
Malaysian police, Y U NO HOT LIKE EUROPEAN POLICE??
Our first lunch after we reached Madrid!
I like the environment of this restaurant.
Well I liked most of the restaurant in this trip.
Grape juice and orange juice.
I love the appetizer.
Spaghetti!!!
Main dish will either be chicken or fish. (Everyone in the trip hated this concept)
Luckily the fish and chicken thing only lasted for 2 days.
The dessert is some kind of fruits in sour juice.
Eeeekk mad sour.
Madrid City Tour bus.
Someone helped me to take this photo.
A weird pose strike by my sis outside the Royal Palace (Palacio Real de Madrid).
Inside the Royal Palace of Madrid area.
The organisers of this trip treated us to some gelato ice-cream.
Me outside the balcony of my hotel room in the city square of Madrid.
The view outside the balcony.
There's ZARA, H&M, SEPHORA and all the shopping outlets in the opposite street.
Weeeee!
So the next morning, we went to another Palace. LOL.
Basically this trip is about Palace and Church. What else in Europe countries ei?
I helped my sis to take some photos while we were walking uphill to the Palace.
Dad is in the background. =)
Sis and mum outside the palace which I forgot what's the name.
Epic fail.
Somehow we look like we were photoshop-ed inside these 2 photos.
One of the reason that I'm so demotivated to update this blog post is because the photos with me are not complete.
We had lunch in this nice restaurant but the group photos are not with me. =(
Shall update it when I get it.
Dad acting funny while we were waiting for our lunch to be set.
At the lobby of the restaurant.
Mum was very excited to participate sis and me for self shoot sessions.
Kept complaining that she looked old and her face look yellowish.
HAHAHAHA.
Very palace-ish environment. <3
This is the appetizer that I found Madrid restaurants love to serve.
Its taste like thick maggie mee soup with eggs and bread inside.
Looks horrible and taste quite horrible to me HAHAHA.
Close up shoot of the soup.
Maybe they should just leave the bread to me
and let me dip it into the soup whenever I like to.
Instead of letting the bread become soggy and stuff. ADUHHHH...
The next appetizer, SALAD.
This salad was actually very good.
Served with olive oil and vinegar instead of the mayo.
The main dish of the day.
Pork pork pork.
Our dessert.
Its super super sweet.
and I hate the cinnamon taste. EEEEKKKKKK...!!!
After lunch, we visited the Aqueduct in Segovia.
The beautiful Aqueduct behind us.
A nicer photo that I got from Google search hahaha
Royal Palace of La Granja de San Ildefonso
The garden view
Front view of the palace
After all the travelling, we had our dinner in a restaurant nearby our hotel.
Very traditional looking restaurant.
Every meal we have red wine, white wine or champagne.
Will eventually become an alcoholic if I stay here long enough.
Sis just posing with the wine glass.
She can't drink because she's not 18 yet. =P
It's quite strict here about under-age drinking.
The restaurant might be sued if they are caught serving alcohol to under-age kids.
This is the watery version of the soup.
Maggie mee soup taste again with the soggy bread.
T______________T
Main dish - CHICKEN.
Something about their food is, its quite tasteless.
Make me miss Nando's with all the sauces.
Additional seafood dish.
As for dessert, we have this orange slices thing on the puff.
While we were having our meal,
there's this Flamingo show going on.
I swear I would not watch it for the second time.
Ok so that's all for Day 1 & 2.
Stay tuned for the rest of the posts =)
