Japan Trip Day 5 - Tokyo (20/3/2010)

Finally,
so here am I updating my last day of the Japan trip
which falls on March 2010. =)

Lack of the motivation to blog about it.

I've actually posted all the photos in the blog here.
But I haven't add in all the captions.
=p

So lets see if I still remember what I wanna write.

Trying to cross the road to reach the Minister's house.
or should I say, palace?

They placed all these big blocks here beside the main road to block the cars
from entering the Minister's palace area.

It will be removed when there's some important people coming to visit.

Hmmm...I wonder how they move the heavy big rocks anyway?

These are the smaller blocks inside.

My sister looks like she's modeling or something. XD

My parents in front of the Minister's house.

Just imagine how tough the guard's job is.

They can't move until they finish their duty.
Can't talk, can't drink, can't eat.
OMG.

Family photo time!
You can compare the size of the blocks.

My sister modeling beside the road again. =p

This bonzai garden is so nice.
Felt so relaxing walking around here.

Compare this bonzai tree with the ones that we have at home. XD

Us girls have a great time here. =)

There's my tour mate from KL on the left.
Agnes & Joann.

And of course,
my sister and me. =)

Candid shoot. =D

I just ♥ candid shoots. HAHA.

I cant stop loving the vending machines here.

The nice looking police car.
Unlike the ones in Malaysia.

The tour guide mentioned,
if you want to have a house like that size,
you need at least 3 generations to pay off the debts!
Costing around 100 millions yen?

No wonder Japanese's house are small like taufu. =O

Hmmm..I wonder how we pump petrol to our car
since its hanging so high up there.
=p

This dog is HUGE.

The Tokyo Disneyland ticket is not that nice.
I prefer the Hong Kong Disneyland's ticket.

We are here!

The lovely RED tulips at the entrance of Disneyland.

Welcome to the Disney world.

If you're a fan of Disney movies,
especially princess movies,
don't this look familiar to you? =)

I wonder how if they made it a real castle that we really can visit inside.

I'm taking photos of the Japanese girls again.
I think these are still primary school girls?
Since they are not in all the heavy make up and nice hairdo YET.

All of them are using the same model phone but different colours.

Its s small world after all! =)

I love small world.
It may be kinda boring to some people because its just some dancing dolls around there,
and the same 'its a small world after all' song playing on and on,
but I feel that kinda feeling that the world is really kinda small sometimes.

Don't you agree?

The most adorable hats. =)

Piglet & Donald.

Personally I feel Donald is cuter. =p

A small part of how inside the small world looks like.
Incredibly cute!!

I don't understand why Japanese love to bring their small child with them to Disneyland.
Just look at the baby car parking.

Just put your stuff around,
nobody will bother to steal your stuff anyway.

Unlike what will happen in Malaysia or China.
Maybe it will be gone if you leave it there just for 5 minutes. XD

Belle from Beauty and the Beast pass by me. =)

Right after Wendy & Peter Pan skip along beside me.
I was like O.O when they skipped by.

Btw, try look closely what the dad is doing to his kid in the Belle photo.
Looks like Daddy is more excited! XD

The shop that sells souvenirs.

I didn't notice the guy there,
that was maybe trying to steal the golf ball? LOL.

A simple question, how did the Mickey hand go in the pot with nothing on the hand and came out with something on the hand?

I was actually standing there to think of this that time. =p

After coming here,
I seriously feel that Japanese are crazy!

and I thought their time is very precious?

How come they are wasting all their time here lining up for a ride???

Waiting time, 170 minutes. SWT.
almost 3 hours. O.o

Holy shyt!!
Another waiting time 190 minutes!!
and thats 3 and half hours!!

Look here to have a clear view of the line that you have to wait for the ride.
INSANITY.

We went all around the huge Disneyland to do some hat hunting for my sister.
But too bad we cant find Mr Donald Duck.
There's only Piglet for sale.

I guess its not duck season. =(

The pink tulips. =)

We end up eating fast food in Disneyland,
like,
EVERYTIME.

An expensive fast food meal.
Cost us around RM120++ for 5 sets.

The receipt that I don't understand.

Malaysians have a habit of just leaving all the rubbish on the table and just leave.
Like what we do after we eat in McD.

But in Japan,
we are expected to clean up the mess ourselves after we finish our meal.

And so, we did. =)
Good tourists. =))

When I came out from the restaurant after I finish my lunch,
I saw all the people sitting along the main road.

I was wondering,
"What are they doing?"

Everyone with their own plastic cover to sit on.
Then I realize that they are taking a nice spot for the parade at 2.30pm.

We are not allowed to stand because we will block the view of the others.
This is such a great idea.

I still remember the parade I saw in Paris & Hong Kong Disneyland was a mess!

I couldn't see a thing even if I'm at the 2nd row.
The people in the 1st row was damn tall. =.=||
GOD....

.............................................................................................................

Which castle is nicer?

This?

or this?

I regret not buying one of these.
Looks so cute from the photo now. =(

My sister scared the hell out of this little girl
when she put her hand inside the doll and move it.
The kid was shocked.
XD

So many princess clothes on sale. =)
Forgot to check how much they cost. Ishk.

The baby car parking is getting bigger and bigger. XD

I just love the tulips here.

Mixture of yellow and red.

Anyone interested in driving karts?

I've think before,
but I gave up cause I wouldn't understand the instructions that I need to follow
because its all in Japanese!
Please be more international! Add in English!!

The mandarin duck so relax.

It certainly know how to choose a place to rest. =)
Btw, its a real mandarin duck.
Not a dummy. HAHA.

Its not afraid of humans.
Eg. my brother.

I saw a lot of people having a nice bucket on them.

Its actually a pop corn bucket.
Each stall have different designed bucket and different taste of popcorn.

My sister and I was targeting the Mickey bucket.

When we found this, we actually ran over.
Need to line up, as usual.

I love the bucket,
but not the popcorn.
Its soy sauce and butter taste.
EWWW GROSS.

My sister looking SO HAPPY after she finally bought it.

The bucket and the popcorn actually cost us 1400 yen.
Meaning around RM50++.
HEH HEH.
The most expensive popcorn ever.

Our lovely bucket.

Look closely at the queue. =p
Will you even go in the queue?

Imagine if you suddenly feel like going to the toilet,
you can't even come out. LOL.

We wanted to get a turkey chicken thigh because it smell so damn good!!

But we gave up after we saw the queue.
I feel so tired when I see all the queue.

Is the workers too not efficient or there are just too many people?

The cute kids that I saw.
They are so incredibly adorable!!

They pose for me after they know that I'm taking photos.
Awwwww...

Their mother was shy when she notice that I was taking photos of her kids.

They keep whirling around until they fell down.

This is another kid which is so good in posing!

One of the funniest thing of the day.
MY DAD!!
He goes like, "take my photo take my photo!" after he put on the hats.
HAHAHAHAHA.

This will be something to people that only deal with my dad about business.
This is so not him when he is working.
But this is him at home. =)
I love my dad. HEHE.

I wonder if they sell the adult princess gowns?
But I don't think they do.
If they really do sell it, I think all the Japanese girls will be walking around with these. =)

The monorail to Disneyland!

Another huge dog.

My dad choosing sushi.
Too bad he moved. =p

Our dinner tonight is Shabu shabu.

Something like steamboat but a little bit different.

We drink the soup after steamboat,
but we don't drink the soup after Shabu shabu because it will be all blood.
EEEWW I know.

Just throw the raw meat inside the soup and leave it for few seconds and lets makan!

After we check into the hotel,
we came out to the convenience shop beside the hotel.

I get very excited even in the convenience store here. LOL.

Look closely,
they sell Starbucks coffee here. HAHAH.
*Last row*

All the desserts looks so damn good.

Instant noodles.
WUAHAHAHA.

Drink all you want.
But remember to pay. =)

The Starbucks Latte I got from the shop. XD

This is what I got for myself and Belle in Universal Studio Japan.
Belle loves cookie monster and blue colour so I got her this.

I own Mr Elmo now. =p

The Japanese green tea that I bought in Narita Airport.

This is Japanese plane meal.

U get cold noodle and something like sauce.

I forgot what the main dish is,
but I think its something about cheese omelette and mushrooms?

The first and only time that I get ice-cream on board.
HAHAHAHA.

And its vanila! ♥

So thats all I guess.

Visit Japan one day if you can.
The people are so patient and well mannered.
and weird. =p

I mean how can you tahan raw food and seafood whole year long?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Its something personal. =p
